01Valid CDL-A from any U.S. state
02Minimum 2 years over-the-road experience
03Clean MVR — past 3 years
04Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query
05Valid DOT medical card
06Reefer experience preferred. Temperature compliance, BOL handling, cold-chain familiarity
07Verifiable employment history (3 years minimum per 49 CFR 391.23)
08English-language proficiency for safety communication per 49 CFR 391.11
